来自内蒙古呼和浩特的M-Survivor(幸存者)乐队成立于2006年。他们以批判不公的事物和重拾自我的意识为乐队的音乐内涵。在以激流金属为风格主导的音乐中，加入了更多硬核与新派金属核风格，来实现自身更国际化的音乐发展路线。在2009年签约号角唱片后迅速出版首张专辑《立方体》，整张唱片以蒙族人特有的视角诠释自身在现实与理想之间的抗争经历。作为一支新崛起的金属乐队，M-Survivor(幸存者)乐队一直活跃于呼和浩特地下金属舞台。在短短的3年时间里，乐队在不间断的舞台表演中逐渐壮大，已经成为内蒙古重金属音乐重要的代表乐队。
